If a client places an order when putting in an order, an email is sent to them via firstmedz, which ensures the customer places the Order. A second email is sent after the confirmation email and is predicted to arrive within 24 hours after accepting the payment. This email explains the purchasing process and confirms that it will be processed soon.

If there is an issue with the payment or an unfinished amount, an email will be sent to the customer addressing the same.

firstmedz provides a 100 percent refund of your payment or reshipment of the items you have ordered if your Order doesn’t reach you within 28 days. If for any reason, your Order does not arrive or becomes damaged during transportation, we’ll either deliver a replacement package or give you an entire refund upon your request. If an item is returned to us due to issues with compliance with your country’s import laws or business regulations, a 100% percent refund of the fee is the issue. firstmedz will refund partial orders charged depending on the items received by the buyer. During the entire process of trades, when you place an order, your delivery will arrive in approximately 20-30 days.
